What We Do Every Day
Our vision at AYG is be inclusive, so as many people as possible are able to benefit from this healing yoga practice. We do so by teaching Ashtanga Yoga traditionally, maintaining safe shala space for morning Mysore practice 6 days a week all year round, honouring rest and moon days.
Ashtanga Yoga Guildford welcomes all, from complete beginners to established practitioners.
