Clive and Mark welcome you to this weeks course with a small group of new students to learn self practice ashtanga yoga giving you the confidence to join the practice as a regular student.
We will break down the practice explaining how each posture and breath works for you as an individual, giving you the chance to dip your toes into the self practice Mysore room and join the regular students if you wish.
