Ashtanga Yoga Guildford - Welcoming Beginners to Yoga

Clive and Mark will lead you through an hours yoga class with many options given to make this suitable for all abilities.
We will include some warming up poses, have fun in the middle and a lovely chilled ending as we watch the sun set and the moon rise.
Please bring a blanket to snuggle in at the end of class and a yoga mat if you have one. (we have a limited number to borrow on the evening)

Join us for this beautiful, gentle restorative 1.5hr yoga sequence which will leave you grounded and chilled out ready for the weekend ahead.
No previous experience of yoga necessary as you will be guided through the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and something warm to snuggle in at the end of the class.

Start the year with a New Focus
Clive and Mark welcome you to this week with a small group of new students to learn self practice ashtanga yoga giving you the confidence to join the practice as a regular student.
We will break down the practice explaining how each posture and breath works for you as an individual, giving you the chance to dip your toes into the self practice Mysore room and join the regular students if you wish.
We look forward to getting you started in the new year.
6hr Workshop with on going support

This course is suitable for teachers of all yoga disciplines and interested students with a regular practice.
In this informative, interactive and fun workshop you will be given the tools to build confidence when you teach yoga and as a student when you receive adjustments.

Come together informally to practice the Yoga Sutras and Chant mantras together.
No experience required just turn up.
