Our vision at Ashtanga Yoga Guildford is to practice and teach Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Paramaguru Sharath Jois. We do so by maintaining safe Shala space for morning Mysore practice 6 days a week, honouring rest and moon days in the traditional way.
