Hello! My name is Ananda. With a birth name with such a deep meaning, I feel that yoga has always been in my life.
My mum used to chant passages from the Bhagavad Gita as lullabies and I grew up gazing at an image of Krishna.
As most yoga practitioners, my practice falls under Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga (Eight Limbs Yoga).

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is my asana practice of choice, and it is how I met yoga. I fell in love with it instantly! Not because of the asanas but the effect it had on my mind, I was hooked! So, I kept coming back.
As a friend told me: “once you find your therapy, stick to it.”
In my quest to understand how things work, I have thoroughly studied human anatomy, physiology, neurobiology, neuropsychiatry… and keep studying. Can you ever know enough?
This naturally led to studying massage and specifically Thai massage.
I have been blessed with great teachers along my path. Some have been the teacher I wanted, and some the teacher I needed.
I love to share my knowledge and experience with anyone that wants to learn.
