Ideally commit to 3 days a week for about a month to really get to learn this well.
Turn up any time between 5.45am and 7.30am. Your first few classes will be about 30 mins long.

This course is suitable for teachers of all yoga disciplines and interested students with a regular practice.
In this informative, interactive and fun workshop you will be given the tools to build confidence when you teach yoga and as a student when you receive adjustments.
Transmission of energy happens when the teacher adjusts the student in a pose. Teaching like this allows the student to find space in some postures that they may not have thought possible. You can still experience this way of learning in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition especially in a Mysore Self Practice Class but also in a flowing Vinyasa class & a more static Hatha class.
This is open to all students & teachers of yoga with at least 2 years regular asana experience, who would like to deepen their understanding. The more varied students we have in the workshop, the better served everyone will be.
Course Price by donation - see booking details. This will include the knowledge of two teachers for six hours and a follow up one to one support phone call for each attendee.
Come together informally to practice the Yoga Sutras and Chant mantras together.
No experience required just turn up.
