Join us for this gentle restorative 90 min yoga sequence which will leave you grounded and chilled out ready for the weekend ahead.
No previous experience of yoga necessary as you will be guided through the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and something warm to snuggle in at the end of the class.
If you are keen to learn Ashtanga Yoga correctly, from the beginning, please join us in the mornings in the shala.
Message Clive below before you come and we will teach you like a one to one class.
Ideally commit to 3 days a week for about a month to really get to learn this well.
Turn up any time between 5.45am and 7.30am. Your first few classes will be about 30 mins long.
Come together informally to practice the Yoga Sutras and Chant mantras together.
No experience required just turn up.
